**Civils Supervisor**

HT Installations Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Civil’s Supervisor to work predominantly in the Pembrokeshire area on one of our Telecoms contracts.

As a Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the Civil’s teams working on the contract.

**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for someone who can
- understand and supervise all Blockage and stoppage clearance, Duct Laying and Duct repairs, Chamber and cabinet construction
- understand of all types of backfill and re-instatement processes and procedures
- be responsible for Streetworks performance and driving continual improvements with the teams.
- ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner
- ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures

**Experience and Qualifications**

NRWSA at supervisory level

Excellent communication skills

Full UK Driving Licence
