**Are you looking for an account management opportunity with fast-tracked development to become the manager of a recruitment desk?** We are seeking a confident, sales-driven individual to join our growing team as an account manager. This is an opportunity to bring your experience working in recruitment to a role where you can make a real impact on business growth, learners and employers.
- A **£20,000** starting salary with **rapid increases up to £30,000**
- **Progression opportunity** to become a **manager of a recruitment desk**:

- **Recruit apprentices **for client vacancies
- **Draft, post and manage job advertisements**:

- **Manage client accounts**:

- **Hybrid working** - work from home and our London head office
- Learn on-the-job to gain an **REC accredited qualification**:

- **Become a Level 3 qualified recruiter** with the Recruitment Consultant Level 3 apprenticeship
- **Regular team socials and events**:

- **Full time role (37 working hours per week) - **8:30am or 9am choice of start time Monday - Friday

**Recruiting now for an April/May start**

Apprenticeship Connect is a private recruitment and training provider dedicated to recruiting ambitious and driven apprentices and delivering high-quality apprenticeship training to individuals across the UK. We are seeking an ambitious individual looking to progress their career in recruitment to join our rapidly growing sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCSE English and maths grade C/4 or equivalent
- Experience in recruitment
- An interest in education
- Quality-driven
- Strong communication skills
- Sales-driven
- Able to build a strong rapport with others
- The right to work in the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
