A unique and exciting opportunity to join Cranstoun’s team to deliver our specialist intervention, Men and Masculinities, across London borough’s. Men and Masculinities is a behavior change programme for those who perpetrate abusive behaviours in their relationships.

We are looking for motivated practitioners who either have experience of working with Domestic Abuse or a related area or would like to develop skills in this area. Experience of working on behaviour change programmes, delivering training and community work would be advantageous.

Men and masculinities is a universal programme across London borough’s, offering a focused response to perpetration of domestic abuse. We will also work with communities and professionals to raise awareness of the issues, offer effective interventions as well as challenging values and attitudes that create conducive environments for domestic abuse to continue.

Location delivery is across London borough’s. There will also be travel within London as this is an outreach-based delivery model. Office base is Willesden Junction
