A new vacany has been register with NLB Solutions for a Payroll Administrator. The business have an internal team of payroll specialists that deal with weekly and monthly payroll from start to finish. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for a regionand cover the entire needs for the employees in that area including resolvong queries. The Payroll Manager has asked for an individul that has at least 2 years experience as a payroll specialist.
The business offer hybrid working after probation with a 50:50 split for office and home. With great offices, parking and bonuses paid on a quarterly basis, this business offer a great opportunity to develop and grow and take on new responsibilty with time.
**Duties**:
- Process starters and leavers, may include manual calculations when required.
- Process changes to salary Allowances and Deductions with manual calculation as required.
- Administor statutory payments and deductions such as, Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance etc.
- Check/process and validate weekly absence records.
- Process Tax Code changes via P45, P46 and EDI
- Identify and resolve any issues for the Payroll Team’s ability to pay accurately and on time.
- Perform auditing and checking of payroll input and output.
- Administration and assistance with Tax Year End.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees, other departments and all other third parties.
- Assistance when required with Internal Audits and HM Revenue & Customs Compliance Audits.
Person spec:
- 2 years minimum payroll experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Experience of working in a team
