We are currently looking for a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (‘HSEQ’) Coordinator to join our expanding team.
As HSEQ Coordinator you will provide support and administrative assistance across the HSEQ team, consisting of two HSEQ Advisors and an HSEQ Manager. You will assist, support and coordinate both planned and reactive HSEQ projects across our soft and hard facilitiesmanagement business units (corporate cleaning, catering, property repairs and maintenance), therefore a background in a soft and hard FM environment would be highly beneficial.
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will assist the team to coordinate site inspections, maintain accurate and robust records and reports, as well as act as the first point of contact for HSEQ related enquiries from a range of stakeholders.
This new role within a growing team is a great opportunity have immediate impact with developing processes and procedures; you will assist the team build the quality improvement framework which will including further ISO accreditations.
- Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Working Safely qualification is strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting a Health and Safety function within soft/hard FM services environment preferred
- Good knowledge of GDPR and a basic knowledge of quality management systems, in particular ISO 9001
- A basic knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, Environment legislation (H&S at Work act 1974 including RIDDOR, COSHH, DSE, etc).
- Strong organisational and IT skills (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
- A pro-active and solutions focussed approach
- Strong team working skills but also able to work independently
**Working arrangements**:
- Primarily office based, with scope for hybrid working
- Monday to Friday
- Full time (36 hours per week)
