**Hours**: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Our client, an industry leading workforce development organisation, which is also the parent to four others like minded company’s, is looking for an HR and Recruitment Advisor to join their team.

**The Role**:
The post holder will provide an administrative and business partnering service to all aspects of the HR function for a not-for-profit organisation with a headcount of 120 employees, with a heavy reliance on recruitment and HR lifecycle activities. Reportingto the HR Manager, they will be required to support the Human Resources department in the provision of a comprehensive service. They will lead on the development and implementation of the company’s Human Resource day-to-day business activities, including:

- Being the centralised resource for the organisation’s recruitment and selection functions
- Ensuring numerous employment records, including personal files, DBS checks, right to work forms, employment contracts and all other HR documentation are continually monitored and processed and maintained
- Dealing with the administration of all recruitment activities for the company, including the administration of an approved supplier list
- Conducting starter, induction, and probationary processes on a continual basis
- Liaising and managing with vendors
- Where applicable, providing ongoing advice on people matters in line with employment policies
- Being involved in HR projects as necessary and as capacity allows
- Manage and update the MHR system

This role would be ideally suited to an individual who wishes to continue employment in the HR profession and be CIPD qualified.

Based in central Bristol, sparse business travel may be necessary for this role, with additional offices located in Sheffield.
