**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hybrid working with three days office-based, two days from home Inc. Fridays.
- Summer & Xmas parties and quarterly team socials

- Additional training funded by the company if you can demonstrate a business case.
- 3% employer pension contribution
- 28 days holiday, including Bank Holidays
- 3 additional holiday days gifted during office closure in December for Christmas & New Year’s break

**About the role**

We seek a goal-oriented and marketing-loving **Marketing & Communications Executive **to join our rapidly growing financial education company during an exciting scaling period.

You will have the opportunity to create innovative digital marketing campaigns and compelling social media initiatives that drive our ambitious growth plans over the next three years.

We are looking for someone passionate about evolving our brand image across digital channels and ensuring our messaging meaningfully connects with target demographics needing to improve their financial knowledge and literacy.

This is a high-impact role for an inventive marketer to translate our mission of achieving financial independence for individuals and families into creative brand experiences that engage and empower.

**Core responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Manage CRM system to build marketing and communication campaigns
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding and messaging across campaigns/channels
- Create and analyse weekly campaign reports to present to the Marketing Manager
- Develop and deliver the brand's social media strategy, setting KPIs relevant to each social channel
- Collaborate with content team to create, deliver and analyse social media campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Report on social media campaign performance on a regular cadence
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and optimise strategies based on new best practices
- Support in the delivery of webinars and one-day events as needed

**Requirements**:
**A bit about you**
- Creative thinking with a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns that have increased top-line revenue
- Ability to interpret and analyse marketing data and then report this data
- Experience managing organic social media growth strategies and reporting on key metrics like audience reach, engagement, conversions, etc.
- Success developing social content calendars, overseeing daily social publishing, community management.
- Possess strong and professional communication (both verbal and written)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Be able to work in a fast-moving environment while being adaptable in a highly rapidly growing company
- Friendly with a positive attitude and focus on being a great team member

**Extra credit**
- Knowledge of Keap CRM (formerly Infusionsoft) automation and optimisation
- Previous experience in direct-to-consumer marketing
- Interest in finance and investing
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
