Internal Communications Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Communications Executive to join the central Marketing & Communications team which supports the Elysium Healthcare business across its divisions and services. We are looking for a creative and driven individual to support the delivery of our internal communications strategy, with the ability to take a brief and turn it into clear and engaging content across various formats.

This is a varied role which provides the opportunity for a talented individual to support key marketing initiatives by working in partnership with the team and wider colleagues on a variety of projects.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Support the implementation of the overall internal communication plan including building effective relationships with internal teams to help drive engagement
- Create any supporting design work for internal messaging
- Update various internal communications platforms regularly
- Work with the Marketing Manager to co-ordinate day-to-day activities including monitoring internal communications mailboxes and internal digital communication channels
- Supports the team's management of the communications content calendar and monthly reporting of KPIs and engagement
- Work with the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to deliver organisation-wide campaigns, with a focus on promoting key messages in line with strategic priorities and our values
- Actively seek news content from across the business to ensure a regular flow of content to feed into our internal comms channels
- Actively promote and encourage engagement with company Intranet site and App to maximise colleague usage
- Support with planning and managing internal events, including both company-wide and regional events that support the overall internal communication plans
- Review and report on the effectiveness of internal communication channels by obtaining and interpreting feedback of internal events and campaigns
- Work with the wider marketing team to source and order branded promotional items for internal events
- Manage the Welcome Pack process
- To support the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager and Marketing Managers with projects as required

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- Experience in a communications role
- Quality writing skills with an excellent command of English grammar and punctuation
- Proven experience of working on internal communications channels, including intranets, digital signage and e-newsletter platforms
- Confident working with full Microsoft package. Design experience would be an advantage
- A creative self-starter who can take a brief and turn it into clear and engaging content across various formats
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with different stakeholders
- Organised, with the ability to multi-task and sometimes work to tight deadlines
- Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in the work they produce
- Bags of enthusiasm, and creativity
- Thrives being part of a busy, close-knit Communications team
- Comfortable working remotely
- this isn’t an office-based role
- Happy to travel as and when required to other Elysium sites or events as and when required
- Experience in the Healthcare or Education sector an advantage
