With more than 11,000 employees across 39 countries, the company is the world leader in building insulation, due to company growth they are now seeking a digital-savvy and solutions-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist based in Chiswick. The role willbe to help drive customer acquisition at scale using advanced outbound and inbound relationship building and lead generation tactics.

**The role**

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will need to possess a high degree of customer and industry knowledge with a deep understanding of the latest digital channels and trends. This role holds responsibility for owning and delivering successful leadacquisition and development strategies, with a strong focus on providing the best possible CX across digital channels.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and own a clearly defined lead acquisition and nurturing roadmap that defines the set of initiatives to achieve KPIs and reach the client's strategic targets
- Leverage new and innovative opportunities to position the client as an industry leader in the digital space
- Manage all aspects and core functionality for both prospect and customer lifecycle automation programs, creating predictable, repeatable, and scalable digital marketing processes for nurturing and converting marketing qualified leads (MQL) to sales opportunities
- Monitor and drive key metrics, including open rate, click-through rate and conversion rate, and regularly improve acquisition, activation, and engagement metrics
- Work with inside sales to pull reports, track leads quantity and quality, and identify areas of improvement, ensuring a successful integration between Marketo and CRM

**Requirements**:

- Lead funnel optimisation and progression management
- Marketing Automation and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Marketing Automation and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Experience in strategic planning and budget management
- Data-driven and have superior quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
