The client is a recognised name in the construction industry, and are specialists in fast developing fields such as building insulation, wall and facade systems as well as acoustic ceilings and horticultural substrate solutions.

They are global company who operate across 39 counties and who have 11,000 employees, 500+ based in the UK

You will be responsible for owning and delivering successful lead acquisition and development strategies with a strong focus on providing the best possible CX across digital channels.

This is a full time permanent opportunity offering up to £45k basic salary plus 30 days annual leave + BH, Life assurance and Westfield healthcare cashplan + 100s retail discounts, cashback on dental.

The role will require you to work in office 5 days a week (London Office based in Chiswick) with 2 Days out of the month WFH

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and own a clearly defined lead acquisition and nurturing roadmap that defines the set of initiatives to achieve KPIs and reach strategic targets.
- Manage multiple projects in simultaneous stages of evaluation, engaging and driving cross
- functional teams and managing external agencies.
- Plan lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns that drive measurable business results (KPIs) and demonstrate a ROMI.
- Drive customer acquisition using target-based lead generation and nurturing strategies using latest lead generation tools
- Create segments for automated marketing campaigns based on criteria defined by our buyer personas, behavioural attributes, demographics, account information, interactions and lead score.

**The Person**
- Experience with a CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar program)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
