Junior Customer Service Agent

As a **Junior Customer Service Agent**, you’ll act as the first point of contact for customers and clients, ensuring they receive professional, friendly, and efficient service. You’ll support marketing campaigns by managing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service and communication skills while gaining valuable experience in the marketing industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about services, campaigns, and promotions
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM and tracking tools
- Support marketing teams with campaign-related communication and feedback collection
- Assist with customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify potential opportunities
- Contribute to improving service processes and customer experience
