Contract type: Permanent, full time

Location: Birmingham City Centre

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and support customer requirements. The responsibilities of the role are explained below.
- Knowledge of updated company rules and policies to address complaints, faulty products and services and delayed customer information
- Address customer questions about new products, services, promotions on sales
- Meet regularly with the management team to give feedback to support customer service culture improvement as well as response times
- Contributing to the company's bottom line by increasing customer satisfaction
- Actively and attentively listening to customers and provide suggestions to address their needs

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
