Location: Walsall (Hybrid working once completed training)

Length: Maternity Cover FTC 5-6 Months

Pay: £22,569 - £23,995 per annum (pro rota)

Hours: 9 - 5 Mon - Fri (with flexibility)

Responsibilities of the role:

- Triage all customer complaints, MP and Councillor enquiries and where appropriate allocate in accordance with complaint procedure
- Monitor complaint resolutions and ensure all actions are delivered within agreed timescales
- Allocate MP and Councillor enquiries, monitoring compliance with service standard timescales
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience Advisors/Specialists to collect customer feedback to support our lessons learnt and continuous improvement approach
- Assist in the compilation of relevant information and statistics required by internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administration support for the Customer Experience team
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships which will enhance service delivery

Essential experience/requirements:

- Previous experience within this position
- Knowledge in EXCEL
