**Hours: The Practice operates from 8am until 6.30 pm. The hours of work will incorporate a mixture of 8.00 am starts and 6.30 pm finishes. Flexibility for holiday cover/sickness is essential.**

**Salary: up to £12.51 per hour depending on experience and skills**

**Holiday: 20 days annual leave (pro rata) rising per completed year to a maximum of 25 days**

**Pension: You will be eligible to join the NHS GP Pension Scheme**

Due to the continued growth of the practice, there is an exciting opportunity to join the **Patient Services team;**here at Windrush Medical Practice, Witney.

We are looking for someone who is able to remain cool under pressure and to multitask on a daily basis. These roles include answering the telephones and making appointments in the call room as well as working on the reception desk.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role; has a can do attitude and is used to working with the general public. You will also be given some responsibility with specific administration work and will be expected to provide admin support to the wider team. There is a twelve month probation period.

Absolute discretion is required in protecting patient confidentiality. The post-holders will be required to work flexibly and to offer extra hours to cover absences of other members of the team.
