**Overview**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock & Systems Clerk to join our team within Wincanton at our start up site in Runcorn. This role will appeal to a self-motivated, committed and flexible individual who is able to provide an efficient service to the customer by working in line with Wincanton values.
**Shift: Rotating Days - Monday to Friday - 6:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00**
**How will you contribute?**
- You’ll be responsible for carrying out P.I. checks to maintain accuracy within pick faces / storage locations.
- Identifying and reporting any stock discrepancies, taking appropriate action to investigate, correct and record the event using Microsoft Excel and Access.
- You’ll be responsible for producing detailed reports on daily / weekly/ monthly basis.
- You’ll be monitoring and investigating adjustments made on site in a live environment.
- To co-ordinate Inter-site Transfers between our sites within the network
- To control the handling of new and de-listed products.
- To update the systems with the relevant data, as a result of day to day stock investigations.
- Comply with quality, Health and Safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
- Any 5 from 7 shifts with a requirement to work weekends and additional hours / shifts as necessary.
- You’ll be working closely with our QA team supporting in damages investigations, QA checks and RTV activity and much more
**What you will bring?**
- You’ll be self-motivated, and will have excellent communication skills, you’ll be enthusiastic, fast learning and highly flexible.
- You’ll be a competent user of the RDT and WMS.
