This exciting role places you at the heart of apprentice recruitment and enrolment, where no two days are the same. From advertising vacancies and conducting telephone interviews to managing enquiries and correspondence, you’ll be a key player in shaping the journey of future apprentices. As part of your development, you’ll be enrolled in the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, delivered in-house over 15 months, culminating in a nationally recognised qualification that sets the stage for a thriving career in customer service and administration.
