We are a fast-growing husband and wife led accountancy practice, supporting the next generation of business owners in and around Leamington Spa.

We’re looking for a talented Finance Assistant to join us as we strive to help even more local businesses.

The work itself is 100% remote, however we will meet in person for quarterly team meetings over a few coffees and plenty of cake

**The Role & Responsibilities**

You’ll be assigned a portfolio of clients to take under your wing and will work closely with both directors. Some of the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Bookkeeping, including; bank reconciliations, processing purchase invoices and expenses, supplier statement reconciliations.
- VAT returns
- Processing monthly payroll

**The Requirements**

The must haves:

- Minimum AAT Level 3 or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.

The nice-to-haves:

- Experience using Xero accounting software.
