Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, motivated and ideally experienced individual, capable of implementing good systems and processes, collaborating and building relationships, and influencing colleagues and outcomes. The role offers a variety of responsibilities and activities, supporting a wide range of business functions and processes. The role holder will work with people across the business of all levels of seniority. This is initially full-time a temporary role for 3-6 months, based in our Millbank office but with some flexibility to work from home.

We are seeking someone with the following skills and experience:
Experience of working in a commercial business or public sector organization in a central administration role.

Ability to develop an understanding of internal systems, governance, and IT infrastructure to effectively deliver key tasks and, where possible, identify improvements to ways of working.

Ability to manage time effectively across a range of (sometimes conflicting) tasks.

Ability to work effectively with teams, supporting them with standard and ad hoc requirements.

Experience of working in a large and/or complex business, with multiple stakeholders, and in a fast-moving environment.

Excellent communication and consultancy skills e.g. solution focused, builds collaborative relationships and communicates/influences credibly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients.

Ability to deal with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively, ensuring requirements are appropriately addressed within the business.

Project management skills and an enabling, business partnering mindset.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and IT literacy (in particular high levels of knowledge and skills relating to Microsoft Office programmes and an ability to learn in-house systems).

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
