**Location: NFU Mutual Stirling, The Paddock, Stirling Agricultural Centre, FK9 4RN**
**Monday
- Friday, 8.30am - 5pm**

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Stirling Agency.

**About the role**
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person who would enjoy working as part of our team, providing the award-winning service NFU Mutual offers to new and existing clients.

In this office-based role you will be:

- Speaking to customers to resolve queries, provide quotations and discuss our range of products and services.
- Handling motor and household claims
- Processing and dispatching documents to a high standard.
- Working with other members of the team, completing administrative tasks as required.
- Pro-Actively establish new sales opportunities.
- Supported with a training plan to enable you to grow into this role.

**About you**
- You will demonstrate the drive required, to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing customers.
- Be a confident & effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- A competent IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills is essential.
- Enjoy problem solving and working as part of small team.
- Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy.
- Be organised and able to work to deadlines as required.
- Have the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly.
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent including Maths and English).
- The ability to learn new systems, products, processes and skills.
- A positive and can-do attitude is more important than previous experience.
