**Subcontractor Assistant**

**Main Job Responsibilities**:

- Subcontractor processing and administration
- Weekly Subcontractor Payment Run
- Handling incoming general and accounts related enquiries
- Request insurances and keep subcontractor packs up to date
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Account reconciliations
- Update and archive invoices
- Support the Purchase Ledger team when required
- Assist the Senior Clerk and Company Accountant in other adhoc duties

**Essential Skills**:

- 1 years or more experience within an accounts department
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs

**Preferred Skills but not Essential**:

- Redsky Summit finance system
- Experience within the Construction Industry would be ideal
