Hunter Mental Health have an exciting opportunity for a great Community Pyschiatric Nurse in a substance misuse team. The role will be working with men engaged in high risk chemsex, and general drug users in a London based service. This is a large mentalhealth trust who pride themselves on the safe and excellent mental, physical and social care that they provide to patients across all ages. improving their health and wellbeing.

Experience in community mental health is required as the service would require someone to hit the ground running and be a real asset to the service. They also need someone with the following:

- Experience managing a caseload in the community.
- Experience of working with addictions.
- Experience of working with dual diagnosis clients and those experiencing mental health issues.
- Experience in Risk Management and care planning.
- An understanding of the physical, psychological and social needs of poly-substance misusers.
- Knowledge of different treatment models and pathways in substance misuse.
- Able to build constructive relationships with warmth and empathy, using good communication skills.
- Good verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
