Role: Temporary Finance Assistant
Location: Hillington Park, Glasgow
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm & Friday 8am-1pm
Rate of Pay: £10 per hour
Assignment Length: 4 weeks

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Administrator on a part-time basis for our client based in the Hillington area of Glasgow.
This role is expected to last for 4 weeks and the hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and 8am-1pm on Fridays. This role would ideally suit a driver or someone local. On site parking available.
Due to the nature of the role you must be available to start ASAP and have previous experience of using Sage 50.
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing and matching high volume supplier invoices on Sage 50
Electronic scanning of supplier invoices.
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Assisting with weekly supplier payment runs.
Query management and resolution.
Answering supplier queries and handling incoming calls.
Purchasing of materials and equipment
Experience within a fast paced, high volume AP role with proven ability to process invoices quickly and accurately and effectively resolve any supplier queries.
Experience with Sage 50 finance system (preferred)
Excellent communication skills.
Strong IT capability - Microsoft Excel intermediate level or above.
Enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of a team.
