As an **Activity Coordinator** your responsibilities will be:
- In collaboration with clients, coordinate arrange and delivering meaningful activities
- Sourcing and organising external voluntary roles ensuring all H&S guidelines are followed
- Sourcing, organising and delivering internal activities and areas within main site.
- Working in partnership with clients to support with the development of activity plans
- Displaying a caring, sensitive and approachable nature.
- Displaying compassion, patience and empathy in all tasks
- Contribution to the provision and promotion of relevant IAG for client groups
- Contribution to quality assurance of all aspects of client provision
- Contribution to administration work e.g. Nourish and contribution to Local Authority reports
- Any other duties as reasonably requested
The ideal **Activity Coordinator** will have the following:
- Well organised and creative and ability to work as part of a team
- Proven success of working within a similar role
- Knowledge of external quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
- Outstanding communication skills with individuals/staff at all levels
- Highly motivated individual
- Competent in MS Office
