**Job Summary**:
The Stock Controller is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of stock records, and maintaining optimal stock availability to support business operations. This role involves tracking stock movements, and implementing stock control procedures to minimize loss, reduce excess inventory, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels across all storage locations.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Liaise with office staff for delivery dates of containers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems (e.g., ERP or WMS).
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries.
- Organize and label stock items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Investigate and resolve stock issues such as shortages, damages, or misplacements.
- Implement and uphold stock control procedures and best practices.
- Assist in audits and provide required documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: warehouse, or inventory management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of supply chain procedures.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily warehouse or storage facility-based.
- May involve lifting, standing, and operating material handling equipment.
- Work hours may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends depending on operational needs.
- This role is physically demanding and includes heavy lifting and handling.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Forklift license or certification.

Knowledge of health and safety standards in stockroom environments

Salary will be competitive depending on experience.

Working hours:
8.30am - 5.00pm | Monday - Thursday

8.30am - 4.00pm | Friday

30minute Lunch Break
