**Company Description**

**Culina Logistics** is the leading 3rd party UK logistics business specialising in chilled warehousing providing an excellent platform for food and drink manufactures.

We currently have two openings for a **Transport Operations Support** on a full time, permanent basis at our **Avonmouth** n. Bristol depot.

Shifts Available:

- Monday - Friday 10:30 - 19:00
- or Sunday - Thursday 17:00 - 01:30
- High degree of flexibility will be required to meet operational needs. _

As a Transport Operations Support your will be responsible for:

- Correctly debriefing drivers
- Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly
- Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system
- Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information
- Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required
- Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries
- Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs
- Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services
- Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets
- Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS)
- Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads

- Able to work as part of a team or individually
- Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level
