**_How would you like to join Bridging the Gap as a Housing Support Caseworker? _**

Our welcoming and friendly team is seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to play a crucial role in providing flexible, effective, and responsive services. Working in collaboration with the Probation Service and wider Offender Health providers, you’ll deliver specialised housing and resettlement support to high-risk individuals within approved premises, probation offices, and prison estates in the North Yorkshire and Humberside region.

**If you have**:

- Experience in providing housing and resettlement support
- Understanding of adult and child safeguarding issues.
- Strong networking and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work within a psychological and therapeutic framework.
