About the Role A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Pathway Lead to join the team at Alliance Medical. Working with our business leaders in the South, you will undertake fact based analysis to understand local pathway opportunities and barriers and use this information to establish positive solution driven relationships with referring clinicians. You will work closely with the business leaders who are responsible for referral volumes at a site / regional level to provide clinical expertise on pathway design and referrer engagement. The Clinical Pathway Lead will deliver opportunities to increase referrals to AML services through pathway improvement and design and reduce turnaround time to diagnosis for patients through engagement with referrers and other clinical stakeholders, by identifying and reducing unexplained variations in access.
