**Outdoor & Cycle Concepts**, owner of outdoor retailers, **Cotswold Outdoor, Snow + Rock** and **Runners Need**, are looking for a skilled **Assistant Store Manager** to join our retail team in **Clapham Junction**in our**Runners Need**store**. For this store, running experience is essential.**
As Assistant Store Manager, you will be assisting with core operational processes relating to stock, audits and banking as well as being a role model to inspire your team to deliver a premium level of customer service and leading & motivating your team inthe absence of the Store Manager.
You will need experience managing and coaching a team, excellent customer service and have an understanding of how a store operates including compliance, processes and visual merchandising.
