Job Title: HR & Payroll Admin
**Salary**: up to £32,000
Location: Kent / Hybrid

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing HR and payroll administration.
- Maintaining and developing HR systems - ensuring employee data is up to date.
- Offering support with HR and Payroll issues.
- Assisting with recruitment, L&D, onboarding, overseeing payroll, employee relations and employee engagement.
- Collating payroll changes and arranging pension schemes.
Skills required:
- 2 years of experience in HR and Payroll environment
- Knowledge of the end-to-end payroll process
- A hard working, energetic and positive attitude.
- Strong data analysis and organisation skills.
