**What we need...**

**What you will be doing.....**

Ultimately responsible for maintaining and promoting coding standards, best practices for front-end code development and driving continuous improvement in that domain.

Will work with Head of Architecture and Head of Software Development to ensure that front end technology tool and approach choices align with Solutions' team technical strategy and with Product Team to ensure alignment with Business' roadmap and aspirations.

**What we are looking for....**

**Essential technical skills and technologies**:

- Very good understanding and demonstrable experience in ReactJS 17 with React Hooks
- Package management using NPM
- Unit testing - using jest, React Testing Library (or Cypress)
- React Query
- Accessibility in front end development

**Beneficial technical skills and technologies**:

- DevOps tools (Azure DevOps pipelines), understanding of CI and CD processes
- Google analytics / Google Tag Manager
- Gatsby, headless CMS (Kentico)

In return you will receive a basic salary c£75k and a generous benefits package, which includes DIS, pension, Private health insurance and 25days holiday plus bank holidays.
