Human Resources Business Partner

**Description**:
Its an exciting time to join the HR team at AXA Global Healthcare as we embark on an ambitious period of growth. We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to work closely with senior business leaders and management teams in order to enhance organisational and people capabilities, as well as shaping and implementing effective HR strategies. At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.

What you will be doing
- Partner the business and become the ‘trusted advisor’ to Senior leaders
- Drive the development and implementation of HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives
- Drive a culture of business ownership and accountability for people management practices and behaviour to enable a high performing culture
- Contribute to the long term goals across the business and people development, including succession planning, talent, performance management and reward management
- Manage and lead strategic initiatives, such as transversal projects and organisational change
- Provide MI and Insights to enable effective management of people, cost and risk.
- Broker and contract the services of the HR Centres of Excellence to deliver for the business. Secure their expertise in supporting business delivery and ensure that long term relationships with Centres of Excellences are maintained

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced HR Business Partner
- CIPD/ Relevant other HR qualification an advantage
- Previous experience working within a global organisation an advantage
- Relationship/account management to include negotiation, contracting, consultancy, facilitation, influencing, presentation and communication skills
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to truly partner with your business
- Experience of managing organisational change
- Ability to coach senior managers including the ability to manage difficult discussions
- A strategic thinker
- Resilience and the ability to deal with conflict
- Can decipher clarity from ambiguity
