We are looking for a confident well-spoken office assistant with sales experience.

Duties will include:
The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Manage chauffeur car bookings for 5-star hotels, UHNW families, and large corporate clients.

Assisting management with tasks to help run the office and drivers effectively

**Responsibilities**
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Meet with prospective clients where necessary
- Create and maintain effective filing systems/client files.
- Arrange meetings and book appointments as required.
- Update and maintain the firm’s client database as required.
- New business marketing and processing.
- Compile, manage and track invoices and payments.
- Maintain a computerised customer database and ensure it is kept up to date.
- To work as part of a team alongside the management to provide clients with a professional experience.

**Requirements**:

- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software
- Methodical and highly organised.
- Computer literate and good typing skills.
- Accurate with good attention to detail.
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
