As a Front Office Supervisor, your focus is to create positive and memorable experiences for guests. Through the delivery of Outstanding guest experience, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective front desk service.

**What will I be responsible for?**
To be totally customer focused, through positive leadership of the front desk team and delivering an efficient and effective reception function.
To gain experience in all sections of the housekeeping department and ensure company and legal requirements are always maintained.
Providing mentoring, coaching and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvements to team member performance.
Supporting the Front Office Manager with staff training on quality and service standards and leading the reception team in proving a consistently outstanding reception function.
Covering the front desk, handling telephone calls, daily post, parcels, residents shopping and baggage.
Responsible for all the resident services, health and safety and security aspects of the building.
To support the Front Office Manager on all general aspects to ensure efficient and smooth daily operation.
To maintain strong communication and a positive rapport between all the rest of the departments and the management team.
**Is this Front Office Supervisor role right for me?**
Previous experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Experience required may vary based on size and complexity of operation.
Good communications skills with a good command of the English language.
A strong leader capable of motivating and influencing others to work to defined procedures and standards.
IT skills including Word and Excel.
Strong experience of Opera Software would be preferred.
