We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Administrator with a willingness to learn and desire to build a career with BA Euroflyer. You will be providing effective and comprehensive administrative support to the Air Operations department, with the main focus on Crew Training admin.

**Your new role**:

- Provide general administration support to the Operations department with the main focus on Training administration
- Act as a key point of contact for the training team on a day-to-day basis
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports and circulate relevant data within the training team
- Plan and organize meetings
- Maintain crew files in accordance with GDPR and acceptable to the CAA
- Application and inputting of training records for cabin crew and pilots
- Update crew licenses validity
- Support with booking of training facilities
- Collect relevant company property in association with the leaver’s process for crew in training
- Mailbox management
- Support the crew training department with the administration of laptops/iPads and relevant queries
- Provide support in arranging any duty travel/car hire/transport/hotel requirements
- Provide note-taking duties for meetings
- General office administration tasks
- Administration of the Learning Management System
- Acts as a point of contact for crew training and provides general administration support to the Operations Department

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- IT proficient in full Microsoft office suit
- Experience of creating reports, analysing data, producing graphs/charts and providing summaries
- Experience of working in an administration role specifically within a Training department
- Experience as a proven team administrator working effectively to deadlines
- Experience of administering paper and electronic filing systems
- Experience of working in the airline industry
- Experience of Learning Management Systems or equivalent
- Experience of working remotely from line manager and team
- Experience of Crew Scheduling Systems (e.g AIMS)
- Good knowledge of office procedures

- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- A flexible and ‘hands -on’ approach to the role and supporting the other areas of the operation as required
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to challenging deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative without supervision as required
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Ability to travel to various locations within the UK and Europe
- Ability to hold a full airside pass

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to A level Standard or equivalent
- Minimum of grade C at G.C.S.E level (or equivalent) in Maths and English
