Due to the hugely successful growth of Agincare, we are looking to expand our recruitment team by appointing a regional recruiter to join our team. **Senior Recruitment Officer**

**Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum. A highly lucrative commission scheme is also payable based on placements.**

**Hours: Permanent Contract, **40 hours per week, Full time based in our Portland HQ.**

**About the role**

You will be:

- Complete any onboarding tasks and duties appropriate to the process including references, DBS checks, booking training, and Right to Work in the UK documentation
- Build and maintain excellent working relations with all stakeholders

**About you**

You will preferably have previous experience within the care industry and/or have worked in a recruitment capacity in the past - either as a recruiter or line manager.

As a** Senior Recruitment Officer**, we are looking for people who;
- Have extensive xperience in a customer focused, **fast paced recruitment role **and have the Ability to **build **and **maintain relationships**:

- Understand people and establish individual needs
- **Excellent communication skills**
- **Highly organised,** with a flexible approach.
- **Full, valid UK / EU driving licence**; and own vehicle
