**We are looking for a Project Producer to join our Producing & Event Management team on a full-time, 12 month fixed-term basis.**

**Role objectives**
- To support the Head of Producing & Event Management and Producers to deliver multiple new multi-disciplinary Southbank Centre commissions within logístical, technical and budgetary parameters including as part of a major new festival. This work currently includes (but is not limited to) orchestral, performance and dance, film and installation works.
- To lead on the producing of allocated projects as a line Producer, working to the Producer or Head of Producing & Event Management. To support the wider Producing and Artistic team on allocated projects.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the Producer to deliver the festival programme.
- Lead on the scoping, planning and delivery of allocated projects - escalating to the Producer or Head of Producing & Event Management when necessary for guidance or support.
- To undertake administration to support the development of the festival programme, including scheduling meetings, entering information into online files.
- To manage allocated project timelines, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met, escalating as necessary.
- Ensuring the programming grid is updated with all potential festival projects.
- Along with the Producer to be a first point of contact for prospective presenters, ensuring good communication and information sharing.
- Work in partnership with key Southbank Centre teams to successfully and efficiently deliver allocated projects; including Producing & Event Management team, Arts Programming, Marketing, Production, Development.
- Prepare and issue contracts for allocated projects and events in conjunction with the Producer and ensure that these are confirmed, communicated, and understood by relevant parties.
- Actively champion Southbank Centre’s programme internally and externally and represent the producing team as required in programming, planning and operational meetings, with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To look after allocated project budgets, reporting to the Producer and/or Head of Producing & Event Management.
- To cultivate excellent relationships with artists, artistic organisations, creative practitioners, producers, promoters, venues, and stakeholders in the development and delivery of allocated projects.
- To foster quality-working relationships with all Southbank Centre operational departments, external contractors, suppliers, agencies and governmental bodies associated with effective service delivery to exceed the expectations of incoming artists and promoters.
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the Producer or Head of Producing & Event Management.
