Are you a HR Operations Manager or HR Shared Services Manager, experienced in managing front line HR transactional services, ideally within a Contact Centre environment, advising on HR management data and taking the lead in developing HR Analytics? If so, I'dbe keen to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to join a large HR function which has recently gone through a significant and exciting organisational change. You will report into the Head of HR Operations and Delivery and manage the HR transactional services teams.

Key responsibilities of the HR Operations Manager:

- Offer an exceptional service in their delivery of all HR Services transactional activity, including a contact centre.
- Co-ordinate and lead the delivery of HR Services transactional activity (new appointments, contracts changes, sickness and absence management, pay and pensions, learning and development etc).
- Constantly review the systems and processes used to deliver operations and contact centre services to ensure that they are making maximum use of the available technology, are streamlined and efficient.
- Monitor delivery of the outsourced functions of Payroll and Pensions ensuring that all services are delivered to the contracted standards.
- Develop and produce all routine people management data and dashboards used to manage the service and to provide line managers with insight to help them better manage their team.
- Ensure that all members of the Operations and Shared Service Team are led and supported to perform in role and deliver to their potential.
- Operate as a member of the Operations and Service Delivery Leadership team ensuring full integration of thinking and actions to deliver the annual budgeted business plan.
Key requirements for the HR Operations Manager:

- Ideally you will have a proven track record of managing a HR Shared Service function or a contact centre where manager self-service has been successfully embedded.
- Demonstrable experience of managing 3rd party contracts and ensuring service delivery to standard at a competitive price.
- Evidence of building high performing teams and developing people to meet their potential.
- Strong working knowledge of IT systems and implementing standard processes to maximise team performance.
- Strong experience across collating and preparing MI data is key
