Client Representative

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for building lasting client relationships? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Representative to engage with clients and drive sales growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers in various face to face channels
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns
- Build relationship with existing and new customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
**Requirements**:
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
**Salary**: From £25,039.23 per year
