Accounts Assistant - Permanent - Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting for a new, permanent Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger in Telford for a growing concern. Based in a small, friendly team, the role will suit an experienced Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk, especially those with experience in payroll too.
The duties within this role include (but not be limited to):
- Running the Purchase Ledger, processing etc
- Matching and Batching
- Payment Runs
- Supplier Statements & reconciliations
- Supplier Accounts and queries
- Payroll processing and relevant administration
To be considered for this role, you will have a mature approach, have excellent communication skills - written and verbal, a professional manner, be efficient, methodical, persistent, confident and be able to work to very high levels of accuracy in a fast paced environment.
Experience with Xero Accounting Systems is essential.
AAT qualification is ideal but not essential, but you MUST have a stable work history to be considered for this role.
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, based in Central Telford with free parking on site. 25 Days & 8 Bank Holidays per year.
The site is commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Perton, Shifnal, Bridgnorth and Market Drayton etc
