**Job Title: Graphic and Multimedia Designer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Develop Visual Content**:

- Design and produce multimedia assets such as animations, video editing, motion graphics, and interactive presentations.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all visual content to ensure consistent look and feel.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and communication teams to align designs with company objectives.
- **Video Production and Editing**:

- Shoot, edit, and produce video content for promotional, training, and internal communication purposes.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- **Digital Content Creation**:

- Design assets for websites, social media posts, digital ads, and mobile platforms.
- Optimize graphics and videos for different platforms and devices.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through delivery, while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in graphic and multimedia design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and basic animation.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media content formats, and UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D design, AR/VR content, or interactive media.
- Knowledge of web design tools (Figma, Sketch, HTML/CSS) is an advantage.
- Photography and photo editing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: £28,500.00-£42,600.00 per year
