AvA-V are looking for an ambitious individual to join them as a Digital Marketing Apprentice based in the Crewe area.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day on the Job**:

- Responding and replying to Google reviews
- Supporting the team to increase web traffic and followers on social media
- Creating content for job vacancies and monitoring them
- Using Canva to create graphic designs

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

- Monday - Thursday - 9 am -5:30 pm
- Early finish Friday - 8 am - 4 pm
- Standard Holidays of 20 days + 8 bank holidays

**Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge**:

- Communication skills, written and verbal
- Creative flair and a creative mindset
- Confident individual
- Active use of social media such as TikTok
- Eager to learn and have a passion for marketing
- Grade 4 in Maths and English or Level 2 Functional skills equivalent is required for this role

**Your Training with Baltic**:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications, and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Digital Marketer.
