The Clinical Imaging Coordinator plays a key role in providing high quality administration support service to ensure the Imaging Clinical Research Facility operates effectively. The post will provide support to a range of imaging clinical research projects within the department. The administrator will arrange and provide support for a range of administrative functions in the Cardiac MRI office, including scheduling appointments and maintaining information about imaging clinical research studies. The ongoing coordination of the office will include dealing with queries from patients and clinical research staff, procuring and organising office equipment and supplies, maintaining office building facilities and liaising with imaging departments. The role will require the individual to interact with a multidisciplinary team in a very busy office environment often requiring appropriate judgements to be made under mínimal supervision.
