**Plus Programme Lead Officer**:
**Salary: Grade 7 (£34,304 - £40,927 p.a. depending on experience)**

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for a motivated individual to lead a number of projects and areas of work, designed to improve the success (with regards to non-continuation rates, attainment and progression into graduate destinations) for students across the institution including those from underrepresented groups.

Based in the Plus Programme Team in Educational Engagement, the role will link with Faculties, Schools and Services at the University of Leeds to coordinate and provide direction to our work around retention, identifying gaps in provision, undertaking data analysis and reporting on the impact of the work.

This will include institutional processes to facilitate implementation of learner analytics - identifying and engaging with students at risk of falling behind or not continuing with their studies.

The role will require strong project management skills, collaborative working across the institution and understanding of complex processes. You will also need a sound understanding of data analysis and evaluation to implement an institutional framework measuring impact of student success initiatives.
