I am working with a very interesting cybersecurity start-up who have already been recognised as a key market leader, and have recently raised over $60 million in growth funding.

They are looking for high calibre individuals to join them in their exciting growth and are looking to recruit an experienced Professional Services Engineer.

As Senior Professional Services Engineer/Software Implementation Consultant, within the EMEA Professional Services, you will assist with the development and implementation of strategic plans and company policies, leading a team of consultants, and managingthe lifecycle of the delivery process for your assigned portfolio of accounts.

This position requires field experience, installations, project delivery, with working knowledge of technologies that might include Python, MongoDB, docker, Kubernetes and exposure to JavaScript, plus any experience leading small teams or an experiencedconsultant ready for their next step.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating architecture designs for non-standard deployments (HA, DR, etc.)
- Overall responsibility for service delivery to our clients
- Managing client satisfaction in partnership with Sales and Customer Success
- Leading in region services in partnership with Sales leadership
- Deploying and configuring the platform
- Developing and implementing new SOC/IR playbooks
- Developing new integrations with 3rd party systems leveraging Python
- Supporting customer success initiatives to achieve renewals
- Assisting with and contributing to the internal company community by answering customer/prospect questions, creating relevant content, and facilitating broader adoption of security automation and orchestration.
- Deliver prescribed training to clients
- Deploying and integrating cybersecurity technologies
- Consulting on best-practices for SOC/IR functions
- Developing and implementing automation and orchestration capabilities to streamline operations
