**Job Title**: Office & Workshop Coordinator
**Job Purpose**:To provide administration support within the depot and to work with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service.
**Scope**: The person must be reliable, enthusiastic, and conscientious whilst displaying common sense and flexibility in supporting the Chester le Street facility.
**Job Role**: This role will require you to work as part of the Fluid Power Solutions support team in delivering efficient administration support and excellent service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide day to day administrative assistance to the facility.
- Assist with the collation and reporting of material.
- Input data and update the systems as required.
- Assist with the ordering, control and distribution of products and supplies within the facility.
- Departmental filing to a working standard.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving the contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
- Support the implementation of a robust store’s facility and process.
- Comply with 6S methodology throughout the office and workshop.
These are illustrative duties, and the post holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the function to respond effectively to the requirements of the business.

**Support Provided**:
- An in depth and comprehensive training plan will be put in place to support you and provide you with the knowledge and tools to develop into an experienced and proficient Office Administrator.
- You will be exposed to tasks that will enhance and nurture your current skills, develop these skills, and provide you with new skills, knowledge & experiences. The role requires you to work closely with colleagues in the department, as well as cross functionally within both J&P group and externally within the supply base.
**Desired qualification requirements**:
5 x GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grades C or above.
**Working week**:
Monday to Friday,
8:00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
**Salary**:
£25-£30k per year pending experience.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
