Melksham, United Kingdom Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Are you a Band 6 practitioner looking to take the next step in your career or an existing Band 7 seeking a new direction? The BaNES & Wiltshire CAMHS SPA team could be the move you are looking for.
At BSW CAMHS, we pride ourselves on our local induction pack, which includes a week-by-week guide to help you get acquainted with the team and the wider CAMHS. As an organisation, we value flexibility and understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance to support you in your role and the service delivery.
Please do contact me (Sarah Reeves) should you want to talk through the job role or want to arrange an informal visit.
We are seeking applicants who thrive in a busy environment, who stay calm under pressure, and excel at coordination and adapting to change. If you have leadership skills and experience supervising clinical staff, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our service, triaging/screening referrals, making clinical decisions, and providing assessment and pathway decisions for young people through virtual or phone consultations. You'll collaborate with external agencies or CAMHS pathways to support the delivery of the SPA.
As a leader, you'll support the Clinical Team Manager in ensuring the SPA runs smoothly and efficiently, responding to changing demands, and providing senior support to clinicians and unqualified staff. We seek a creative mind and someone who embraces service development to ensure we are delivering high-standard care that aligns with the needs of the community and strategic demands.
At BSW, we are committed to the development and progression of our staff. Our comprehensive training programme includes a variety of internal trainings relevant to CAMHS, as well as external trainings funded through HEE. Our managers work closely with all staff to ensure they receive the necessary training to deliver high-standard interventions with confidence and competence. Additionally, we provide robust support through clinical, managerial, peer, and safeguarding supervision, along with a commitment to annual PDRs.
As a Trust we provide physical, mental health and social care for people of all ages across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset. Our services are delivered at community bases, hospitals, clinics and people’s homes, delivering care as close to home as possible. Our vision is that no matter who you are or where you are, you will tell us that you receive: “Outstanding care delivered by an outstanding team”
At Oxford Health we offer a wide range of benefits designed to support your career and wellbeing. These include:
