Claimont Health have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Healthcare Assistant.
This role will be based in the community supporting clients who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home.

We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Support Workers who have experience working with individuals with an Traumatic Brain Injury. You will need to be able to provide all round support based at the individuals home or within an acute setting to join our team on a Bank Staff basis.
This role consists of a team of Support Workers on a 1:1 live in support care basis, working a shift pattern to cover 24-hour care.
We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as:
- Tracheostomy care
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
- Ventilation management
- Oral suctioning
- Bowel management
- Nebuliser (NEB)
- Medications

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:
- 2 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
- Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
- Commitment to delivering client specific care.
- Adaptable and Professional approach to support client and family members.
