They hold an industry-leading inventory of resources andare one of the world's largest integrated refiners, marketers of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers.

**The Role**
- Operating crude oil movements, equity sales and 3rd party purchases in the America's, North Sea, Baltic, West Africa, Mediterranean and Black Sea to ensure delivery in a safe and timely manner to EM refinery systems/3rd Party Customers.
- Being the focal point for the upstream, downstream, Refineries, Terminals, Charterers and Traders regarding these crude voyages
- Responsible for the logistics related to processing of customer orders
- Coordinating with sales staff, dispatchers, customer service representatives, warehouse staff and shipping/receiving
- Answering inquiries from customers and investigating complaints regarding services and policies
- Input, update and consolidate ETA/shipping data and send to appropriate business units
- Analysing load information from customers in order to determine and verify the appropriate routes, rates, and schedules
- Coordinating shipment schedules with vendors

**Ideal Person**
- Previous experience in a Senior Logistics/Shipments Coordinator role
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, problem solving
- Strong communication skills as this position will be the contact point for government officer
- Familiarity/Proficiency with computer systems.
- Logical thinking skills for logistics optimisation and improvement to the work process
