Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation, ensuring guest satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling platters, and arranging food displays
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and courteous manner
in cleanliness and organization of catering areas before, during the working day
- Provide excellent customer services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or catering role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
