Catering Supervisor

Blue Arrow is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor for a busy hospital in the Lanarkshire area. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in catering or hospitality.Key Duties:Supervising and motivating the catering teamOverseeing daily food service operationsEnsuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standardsManaging rotas and staff allocationSupporting stock control and ordering suppliesLiaising with hospital departments to meet dietary requirementsTraining and mentoring catering assistantsMaintaining cleanliness and service quality throughoutRequirements:Previous experience in a catering supervisory role (ideally in healthcare or similar environment)Valid PVG and Food Hygiene Certificate LVL 2 (we can assist with obtaining these)Strong communication and team leadership skillsFlexible to work across a rotating shift pattern, including weekendsWhat's on Offer:14.51 per hour + enhanced pay for Saturdays and SundaysWeekly pay and holiday accrualOngoing support from Blue ArrowImmediate start (after successful interview and compliance checks)Training and certification support provided...
